Our state of the art 'super bright' projector, 150" inflatable screen or 120" indoor screen, choice of speaker system including subwoofer or wireless HD sound headphones PLUS our extensive passion and experience in setting up the ultimate in big screen and cinematic experiences are the perfect combination for a fantastic event. For those that can't wait 'til sunset why not try our blackout movie experiences, this enables you to start watching in daylight hours, perfect for children's parties.

As part of our service all packages come delivered, calibrated with your viewing device and scene set for your event, whether it's with our added extras of personlised cinema signs and props, half time snacks and intermission trays, retro pick n mix or our awesome retro popcorn machine, we work with you to create a unique and memorable event. After your hire has finished our team arrive to pack down and collect all equipment.

Our Gear:

All our packages include our 5500 ANSI lumin Superbright HD projector, 150" inflatable cinematic screen or 120" automatic indoor screen and a choice of a high quality speaker system including subwoofer ( for the ultimate sound experience) or our wireless HD sound quality headphones.

The Media

Session Event Hire provide the equipment and expertise to bring cinema, gaming or sporting experiences to private home screenings. We do not provide the film or movie, sport or gaming rental service. Please note all packages provide all the cabling to connect into YOUR own BluRay DVD player, Laptop, Sky /Cable box or games console – if you would like for us to provide the body to play films ( BluRay player / Laptop) please ask for an additional quote. For commercial, non-private, public screenings, licensing may be required, including but not limited to TEN (Temporary Events Notice) PPL, PRS and permissions from FilmBank or MPLC. We can advise at the time of booking. The cost of licensing is not included in the prices shown.

The Experience:

We've taken time to think of the extra touches to create a memorable film night - it's our passion as well as business.

All packages come with bespoke playlists created to welcome your guests, set the scene and add an extra touch, our ultimate cinema experience comes with a hand picked 'session comfort' pack including huge fluffy snugly blankets, hot water bottles and a lit retro film board to give you the ultimate film experience.

All our extras have been hand-picked for your event, whether it's our vegan sweetie package, British ultimate crisp package (vegan), grazing trays, bespoke written menus, retro pick n mix or popcorn, movie props - we've had fun creating the very best treats for your event.
