As part of our service all packages come delivered, calibrated with your viewing device and scene set for your event, whether it's with our added extras of personlised cinema signs and props, half time snacks and intermission trays, retro pick n mix or our awesome retro popcorn machine, we work with you to create a unique and memorable event. After your hire has finished our team arrive to pack down and collect all equipment.

All our packages include our 5500 ANSI lumin Superbright HD projector, 150" inflatable cinematic screen or 120" automatic indoor screen and a choice of a high quality speaker system including subwoofer ( for the ultimate sound experience) or our wireless HD sound quality headphones.

The Media

​

Session Event Hire provide the equipment and expertise to bring cinema, gaming or sporting  experiences to private home screenings.  We do not provide the film or movie, sport or gaming rental service. Please note all packages provide all the cabling to connect into YOUR own BluRay DVD player, Laptop, Sky /Cable box or games console – if you would like for us to provide the body to play films ( BluRay player / Laptop) please ask for an additional quote. For commercial, non-private, public screenings, licensing may be required, including but not limited to TEN (Temporary Events Notice) PPL, PRS and permissions from FilmBank or MPLC. We can advise at the time of booking. The cost of licensing is not included in the prices shown.
