All our experiences need a minimum of the following space below. This allowes our team to set up your experience.

Please note that all experiences need access to multiple mains power sockets that are no further than 20m away from the set up area. If it is more than 20m please advise at time of booking.

When booking the team will ask for photos of access and set up area to have signed off by our ops team this is due to the weight and amount of equipment that is needed to set up our experiences.

Access: The team need side or rear garden access with no steps or hills ( please advise at time of booking if this is not the case). For the Hanger the team need a minimum width of 1.1m this must be the internal measurement for any gates or fences and must take into consideration any pipeworks or steps.

​

The ground must be flat and level with no excess mud or dust and not be under standing water. 

​

All experiences come with flooring, heating or air conditioning with the expection of in home party experiences.
